Just 3 months after Cumbria’s NextGenUs Symmetric Superfast connection went live the connections are growing at a rate of knots.

“How did we manage before NextGenUs?” and “Wow thats amazing!” are comments regularly heard by the install teams.

Call 01228 453023 option 1 to book your installation.

One Milburn customer remarked “My lifestyle has changed completely in the last few weeks, the quality of my life has improved dramatically.
I now have a filter coffee in the morning rather than drive to my old office in Penrith, before I stroll down to my new office in the village where I am connected at around 25Mbps. Nevermind the quality of life improvement, I now put £100 a month in the car instead of £100 a week!”

Despite all that Cumbria had to throw at NextGenUs; snow, high winds and torrential rain, the team have delivered broadband that is at the very least 10x to 50x faster than the ADSL services currently available in some of the remotest most rural parts of the UK.

NextGenUs would like to hear about any community, business or individuals that would like to see what NextGenUs can do for them. Guy Jarvis, NextGenUs UK CIC commented “NextGenUs have worked hard to deliver a service that is second to none in the Eden Valley. We are a Community Interest Company who work hard to deliver through an asset locked big society approach and unlike the industries big boys, we deliver!”

With a 1-2 hour installation all thats between unusable ADSL and digital freedom what are you waiting for?

The momentum is building! Aberford is in the scenario of just outside areas serviced by BT so is receiving numbingly slow broadband.

After talking to several of the residents and representatives of the Parish Council, NextGenUs, started the process of building Conditional Signups which are now almost reaching the trigger point for deployment.

As a Community Interest Company (CIC) NextGenUs interested the local community as it gives an ongoing income and payback to the communities that generate the a surplus. As demonstrated in Newton and Stape recently.

One resident commented “a CIC has a real benefit to the community, it delivers a level of social responsibility that other private business lack”.

So from 0-60Mbps in less than a few months – now thats fast!

Jono Brain recently contacted NextGenUs explaining that he’d tried BT with no luck as it was at the end of a very long line to the exchange….faced with the choice of almost unusable internet or moving Jono called on the services of NextGenUs….specialists in meeting, and exceeding the broadband demands of rural areas.

Whilst Winwick and Burtonwood are still at the registering interest stage things look alot better for the area after a quick contact with NextGenUs.

Today saw the launch of a NextGenUs Superfast Broadband deployment for Rural North East Lincolnshire’s Barnetby.

Suffering from BT’s rural ADSL speed issues Barnetby has been crying out for NextGenUs’ FiWi solution which delivers 10-60Mbps with a typical installation period in weeks not months.

The local ‘Broadband Pioneer’ Darren Jervis registered the community on the 26th September after a friend has talked to him about his experiences of the Community Interest Company in Hull (where one of the UK’s largest FiWi network is operated by NextGenUs UK CIC).

After registering the community and himself as the ‘Barnetby Broadband Pioneer’ NextGenUs deployment plans were put in motion.

Guy Jarvis, NextGenUs’ MD said “our, ‘prove the demand and we’ll build the network’ approach works, it works all over the UK and Europe”.

NextGenUs were responsible for the Ashby de la Launde Ftth deployment which made it the fastest village in Europe.

If you’re interested in the Superfast Broadband network for Barnetby, or your community check out NextGenUs.co.uk

NextGenUs has this week announced the planned deployment of its FiWi Superfast Broadband in Roos, East Riding of East Yorkshire.

It will enable internet users in Roos to receive speeds from 10-60Mbps without the need for a phone line.

Wayne Little is the local Superfast Broadband Pioneer for Roos and is excited to be involved.

“I am so relieved, I can finally get the speeds I deserve after other companies have treated the people of rural East Yorkshire. The stupidly slow speeds other ISP’s supply are a joke compared to NextGenUs. I can’t wait the 15-29 years BT are quoting” Wayne commented.

The NextGenUs Operations Director, Simon Davison said “Its a case of demand drive the deployment so the more that sign up the quicker it will go ahead.”

You can register your interest here
